This project involved designing the cover for Decoding Overthinking, a book that explores the mental patterns behind anxiety, analysis paralysis, and the modern mind’s constant inner dialogue. The goal was to create a visual that speaks directly to the reader’s internal experience—complex, layered, and introspective, yet ultimately calming and clarifying.
The cover design features a minimalist but thought-provoking composition. Subtle patterns and overlapping lines represent tangled thoughts and cognitive loops, while clean typography provides contrast—symbolizing clarity emerging from chaos. The color palette uses cool tones (such as blues and greys) to reflect the contemplative and psychological nature of the content, while a highlight color adds focus, drawing the eye to the title.
